Bummed out!

My mom teaches for Northeast Baptist Bible College and this week is there spring break. She had been planning all along to come up here for a visit but due to our recent bathroom event she is not coming. Drew was looking forward to Grandma Behrens sleeping in his room with him and I, of course, was just excited to see her again.

Our plumber is supposed to come tomorrow to fix the pipe and put in our new tub. We are waiting for the tub fixtures to come in and then we will be all set to take showers again at our house. We ripped out the wallboard that was up and some of the baseboards. Saturday we went and bought our floor and we hope to this week get our lighting, sink, and mirror. I am so excited about getting it done. It was a sore spot in the house and when I cleaned it was the type of room that still just didn't look clean.

It's another beautiful day here. We are hoping to get out for another run or take the kids for a walk later on through the park. Drew soaks everything in and wants to go on every slide that we see. Alyssa just watches her little brother intently and babbles away.
