Seems like it has been a long couple days here. I am thankful I was able to go shopping by myself yesterday while my MIL kept the kids. Then at night I went to a candle party while Aaron kept the kids. It was nice and I ended up staying until 11p.m. talking with some of the other girls. Since our church is so small there is only one other young couple our age, so it was nice to get out and have some girl time. It came at a good time. I really have been missing my family a lot lately and I was grateful to have some time with some other ladies. I am looking forward to Aaron having off from school a few days for the holiday. It will be nice to spend some time together as a family.Today, we hung around the house and we had to cook a turkey for Aaron's school kids. He is in carving it up now. I gave Drew a haircut tonight, which he thoroughly enjoys (just kidding). It's a good thing I can cut his hair because I don't know how he would do at the barber's. He does and the only thing he freaks out about is when I try to line him up around his neck. You would think the world was ending. Of course it wasn't a quick one tonight either. I let it grow quite long so it took me a little bit to get it tapered up. Hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Oh, can I relate! LOL What is it with boys not being able to resist scrunching up their shoulders while you're trying to be precise? It must tickle or something, but you'd think they'd laugh, not cry. :) At least you only have one to put up with. Count your blessings.
Hey,
Glad you got some gal time. We all need that once in a while. I know exactly how you feel. Gregory actually laughs when he gets his hair cut. He is very ticklish on the neck. I always have to warn the hair dresser. Take care girlfriend! Miss ya!

Happy Thanksgiving to your family!
I know what it's like to be in a small church without many people your own age -- we are in the same situation. I'll be praying for you!
