Some soccer pics. and others!
We enrolled Drew in the local school's spring soccer program. The first week he was a "stinker" for us which daddy made memorable for him. This past Saturday he did better and scored a goal in the little game they played. He still is very shy around the adults but did a lot better through everything. For our church we do letter writing for an outreach ministry. Our pastor gives us some addresses and we hand write a letter and add a brochure in it. When I got home Saturday after practice I realized that I had Drew's soccer coach as one of my addresses that I had written the previous week. There is also a little boy on his team who we have played with at the park and his mom remembered us. We are going to try and get to know them better and invite them to our church. I have really been praying this week that the Lord would give me an opportunity and help me to be bold with them at practice this coming Saturday.

THis is an area I have really trying to work better on. I am reading William Fay's book, "Share Jesus without fear." It's a great book with conversation starters, turners, and meat thermometer questions to see where the person is spiritually. THere is one lady, Kelly who I see at the library almost every week that I am burdened about. I'll pray for you.
It looks like Drew enjoys soccer! My boys love it! We actually start up our summer season soon again.
Have a great week.
Go Drew! I know you will do a great job...We love and miss you guys lots!
