Today we went at took pictures at the Rock Garden in our park by our house. The kids did great and enjoyed it better than going to a store and doing it.

Aaron and I have the night to ourselves tonight. I have been feeling much better. Still not on track with everything and dry heaving here and there. I have gained some weight, I believe, which is what the doc. wanted me to do. Thanks to all those who volunteered to share some pounds with me:0)

The kids are growing up fast. We are excited about Kindergarten coming up for Drew and trying to get the schoolroom ready. Drew has Psalms 23 almost memorized, which was our goal for the summer. We have enjoyed the summer with daddy and will be sad when he has to go back to work. Drew and Alyssa both love Bible time at night when Aaron tells a story and then lets them act it out. Alyssa is our music girl and loves to sing. Hopefully we can get her some piano lessons within the next couple of years. We are looking forward to seeing my BIL soon and being able to spend some time with him.

VBS went well at church. We did have some new ones and we are praying for fruit from it. Our piano player will be leaving for college here soon, so it's back on the clarinet for mommy at church. I am thankful to be able to be used of the Lord in this small capacity. The Lord has been so good to us and we are truly blessed. We have been learning much through His word this past summer and different situations have brought us closer to Him. We desire to be used of Him and are looking forward to what the Lord has in store for the future and seeking His will continually.
