Pumpkin Farm!

Today we took the kids to the Pumpkin Farm and had a wonderful time as a family. The kids loved it! We also had to stop at Tim Horton's on the way home for a coffee and then at the last minute decided to have a campfire and roast hot dogs with Aaron's parent's. We finished the day off with going to McDonald's for ice cream cones since it was hot out.

Tomorrow evening I am looking forward to going out with some girls for a night out. I have been looking forward to this and have actually been praying about it. I have always had good friends in my life and have been close to my family growing up to which I am so thankful for. The hard thing now is all my friends I grew up with and my family are far away. I miss them and it does become diffiult at times. I love my husband and children dearly, and spending time with Aaron is the best, but sometimes I just need some ladies fellowship or girl time. I do have a friend here that I hang out with but she works a lot and sometimes it's hard to get together. I am thankful for her and for the friend she's been to me:) I have been praying for some time that the Lord would allow me to get to know some other girls or Aaron and I could get to know another couple to be friends with. I am a quiet person but I do enjoy being with other couples and ladies. I think I am being like a little kid the night before Christmas and can't wait until tomorrow evening. I am amazed at how God takes care of me and hears and answers the little requests I ask Him.
