Christmas at Papa's

We had a great time at my parent's for Christmas. It went by way too fast. The kids had fun playing with their cousins and weren't ready to come home. It seems so much harder to leave each time. I think what I treasured the most was going out with my mom shopping and spending time with her. I even went out with just my Dad on Christmas eve night. I felt like a little girl again hanging with daddy. It was fun and a special time that I won't forget.
We get to have my grandmother come and stay with us this summer for about 3 weeks. We are anxious to see everyone again!
On a side note, our pastor's wife is doing much better, PTL! Alyssa had her yearly check up with her surgeon on Monday and we received a good report. He did notice she seems a little flat on her right side of her forehead still, which we have noticed, but he is not going to jump to any type of surgery. We are so thankful for that!
We are back in to the swing of things with school. Drew is reading more and more words each day and Alyssa is recognizing her letters now. We are excited about the New Year and look forward to what the Lord has in store for us. Aaron and I have been doing some Bible memorization together and it's been fun.
