It's beautiful here today......well if you count 27 degrees so far beautiful. The birds are chirping outside, which I might add woke me up at an ungodly hour, but hey they are singing away. Now I hear a little pitter patter of feet coming down the stairs. It's my son who looks so tired but yet so excited.
Today is the day he gets to see his cousins at the playland. He loves them so much and loves playing with them. He was so ecstatic when a letter came in the mail for him, inviting him to come for a play date and lunch. He prayed last night that it would be warm enough so mommy would have the truck and daddy could drive his scooter in. Little does he realize that it is too cold for daddy to take the scooter, but we worked arrangements to take Grandma's van. Mommy is looking forward to it, as well. I get to spend some time with my SIL. She has six lively kiddos and homeschools too. We don't get time to talk that often, but when we do, I love it.
