Some blessings!

The Lord seems to know exactly when we are in need of something. He is so amazing and blesses me more than I deserve.

Awhile back ago, when it started to get a little cold out I knew we needed to buy Drew a coat. The only thing is, I didn't want to have to buy it. I think my husband has rubbed off on me and made me in to a frugal woman;0) We were going on a school outing on a Friday and I prayed all that week that the Lord would provide one. I went to our second-hand children's store with the kids and we prayed we would find one, but came across nothing Drew's size. Thursday came and Aaron had off work and we decided to just go ahead and buy one since it was going to be cold the next day. We did, and he wore it that Friday, but then the weather got warm again and he was back to wearing his jacket. For some reason I ended up saving the receipt to the new coat and put it in our key drawer. I was a little down, seeing the prayer not being answered but didn't say much about it. Two weeks later, Aaron and I came home from bus visiting and at our back door was hanging a bag. Inside was a Columbia winter jacket for Drew that fit him just right. I was THRILLED and told Aaron my story of how I had prayed the Lord would provide. We decided to go back to the store we bought his new coat at and see if they would take the return since we did have the receipt. PTL, THEY DID!!!

Alyssa is getting actually growing now;0) We call her our "little peanut" b/c she is so small. We have been blessed with clothes for her from my brother's little girl, but we are at the point now where she is just about done with what we had from them. Again, not wanting to have to go out and spend money, I didn't want to buy anything and decided to just hold off for awhile praying we would get some from someone. Aaron came home from work one day and said, Mr. Cline said he had about 12 bags of clothes for the girls. I was in heaven going through them and getting them cleaned up. PTL, the Lord provided again.

Being pregnant, I have many summer clothes, but not a lot of winter apparel. Thankfully, the weather has been mild this November and not too cold, but I still needed some warmer things. Aaron bought me a sweater last week from Motherhood, but I told him that was it. Since the baby is so close to coming I didn't want to have to spend more money. I wanted to ask my SIL if I could borrow some of her tops, but kinda felt shy about begging them off of her. Today, I came home from my doctor appt. and was picking the kids up from Grandma's house. When I got there she said Claire, my SIL, brought up some maternity clothes for me, if I could use them. I couldn't believe it. There were three long sleeve maternity shirts I could use to hold me off for the winter. HE PROVIDED AGAIN!!!
