No, I didn't fall off the face of the earth. We have been enjoying Aaron being at home for the summer with us. I guess that is one of the perks of being a teacher. It has been refreshing for him and a good breather to be able to relax. It was quite a rough year for him teaching these troubled teens. Seems like each year gets harder and harder. I am always saddened to hear what these students are turning to and all the drugs that they are using to try and make the happy. It is definitely a mission field in his school.
We have had a fun summer getting some projects done on the house, visiting my parents, VBS at church, trying to grow our bus route more, and just enjoying the outside with the kids. We took some pics. at my parents house of our kids and my brother's kids while we were there. Since the World Cup has come and gone Drew is in to soccer. It doesn't take the top over football, but it is pretty close! We probably play soccer at least once a day in our backyard. It's usually Aaron against Drew and I (occasionally Alyssa will pop in and out of the game). They are quite pumped about being signed up to play soccer this fall at the local school here.

The bus route is going well. We love working on it together as a family and serving the Lord!

Addie is continuing to grow. She is 7 months now and is already crawling. We are so thankful for the soooo many answered prayers concerning her helmet and the financial aspect. God has taken care of every cent!!! She just had a check-up with Dr. Li and she will continue to wear the helmet until a year old for sure. It is pretty much a normal thing for us now since Alyssa had the same thing. I don't even realize it is on anymore until we are out shopping and people just stare or you hear a little kid say, "why does that baby have a helmet on?" Her incision from surgery has healed beautifully and we are thankful the Lord brought us through that whole process each step of the way.
School is coming quickly it seems like. I am trying to get the schoolroom back in order. Alyssa is excited to be doing the K-4 videos this year while I continue to teach Drew. Drew has been reading his books most of the summer and keeping a writing journal. Since he is a whole year ahead it will give me some time to really work with Alyssa if I need to.

Hope everyone is having a great summer!!!
