Much to my dismay I woke up this morning to our ground covered in snow. It is supposed to
snow here until Monday. I guess only in Buffalo can you have a white Easter. Drew was ecstatic about it all and wanted to get right out there and play. We were going to take the kids to a rock garden that's in our park and take pictures for Easter but I don't think that will be happening anytime soon. Of course, my Dad was just in Florida preaching at PCC and had to call and rub in all the warm weather which didn't help much.

The things he comes out with are histerical. I've been teaching him part of Bible verses during school but this week for our verse contest at church I decided to tackle all of Romans 10:13 with him. It's one of the verses on the list and I
figured he could at least try it and earn some points. He got the last part down pretty good and then last night conquered the whole verse all by himself. Daddy and I were so proud of him and when we told him you could just see his eyes light up. He is a smart boy and can remember things very well. We are working with him now and hoping that these verses will become a part of him and he will hide them in his heart.

She is still walking from furniture to furniture and loves to babble
on the phone with her Daddy (she is truly a girl!). She can sign language "please", finds her belly, and loves to play chase around the house. It's hard to believe she will be one next month. She is such a joy to have around.

It is not only in Buffalo that you can have a white Easter. Here in Alaska we never lost all the snow. It never warmed up past 38 degrees. It feels good to not be alone in my feelings of a white Easter. What a big boy you are Drew! That is a big accomplishment to learn the whole verse. Good job!
I can't believe Alyssa will be one soon! Where does time go? Take care

Happy Easter glad we are in Fl now. Don't get me wrong - I do like snow and miss it, a little, but not for Easter!
