God has been so good to our family. Yesterday my sister-in-laws husband had surgery. He has chrone's disease and they had to take out part of his small intestine. This will help him be able to eat more and keep food down. While they were doing surgery they checked his lungs, heart, etc.. and said everything else looked healthy, Praise the Lord. He will be recovering for several days in the hospital and then coming home. They have 6 children and we are so grateful for the good outcome thus far.

Today, Aaron went in to work late because they have Parent Teacher meetings this afternoon in to the evening. The mail came while he was home and there was envelope from his online job. He is a teacher advisor for those trying to get there teaching certification. Each quarter his candidates can rate him and the advisors get incentives if they have a good rating. He's already received a Target card and Staples gift card from previous quarters. Aaron opened the envelope not knowing what it was and there was a check for $125 from his ratings. This is the highest incentive you can get and all his candidates rated him a 3, which is exceptional. I must admit that I teared up knowing that this was of the Lord. We are on a very strict cash budget and Aaron said since we did have to pay some out on our truck to get another problem fixed while it was in, he didn't know where we were going to get the money to make up for that until our next paycheck without dipping in to savings. This will be more than enough to cover everything. It's so good to serve such an awesome God and to be a child of His.
