Valentine's Day!

Well, our day was a little different to say the least. Aaron surprised me and took a personal day from work but was sick all day. He has been sick since Friday and is still not well. We ended up just ordering from a restaurant close by while my dear MIL took the kids. Aaron is keeping the tradition of his family and wrote letters to the kids and gave them chocolate. We just put the letters in a box until they are able to understand them. The best part of the day though is Aaron told me that next week we are going to a hotel for two nights and leaving the kids. I love my children dearly but I need this break from them so much. It's been a trying couple weeks. To top it all off Drew woke up this morning with a 102 temp. So, Daddy and Drew are off to the doctor's already and Mommy and Alyssa are off to get her helmet adjusted today.

Alyssa sees her surgeon on March 1. We are really praying that he will allow the helmet to come off.
